Information Hatti collects

Hatti may collect information you choose to provide in a project enquiry, including your name, email, book title, genre, publication status, retailer link and project description. Private project files are requested only when needed for an agreed service.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, evaluate project fit, provide agreed services, maintain project records, handle billing and improve the service. Hatti does not ask for your KDP password or banking credentials through the website.

Client creative material

Unpublished manuscripts and source artwork are treated as confidential project material. Hatti does not reuse client creative material for public portfolio or marketing purposes without permission.

Service providers and specialist software

Hatti may use third-party software and automated tools to support an agreed service, including research, analysis, consistency checks, production, communication, and file handling. Final customer-facing recommendations and deliverables remain subject to Hatti quality review. Third-party services operate under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

Retention

Hatti keeps enquiry and project information only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, legal or accounting requirements, dispute resolution, or an explicit customer agreement. Material that is no longer needed is removed from active project storage in the ordinary course of project closure.
